Text messages from SCV Garage Cleaning

SCV Garage Cleaning sends texts from (661) 592-1444 about quotes, appointments, job updates and payment for garage, storage unit and junk hauling jobs. We don't send marketing texts.

Our AI voice assistant

Calls to and from (661) 592-1444 may be answered or made by our AI voice assistant, an automated assistant that answers questions, takes job details and sets up callbacks when we can't pick up, like during school. Calls with the assistant may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up. You can ask to talk with a person at any time, and we'll call you back.

How you agree to calls and texts

• Checking the call and text box on our quote or callback form. This includes calls with our AI voice assistant.
• Texting us first, for example to send pics for a quote.
• Telling us or our AI voice assistant on a call that it's OK to call and text you about your quote.

Agreeing to calls and texts is not required to get a quote or hire us.

After you reply STOP, we send one text confirming you're opted out and then stop. To start again, reply START. See our privacy policy for how we handle your info.

Quotes and prices

• Hauling prices are fixed by truckload. Garage Reset prices are typical, and your final quote comes after we review your pics.
• The dump fee is included. There is no hourly rate.
• Some items cost extra and are quoted first: appliances, mattresses, TVs and computers, dirt and concrete.
• We can't take paint, motor oil, antifreeze, batteries, propane tanks, pool and garden chemicals, tires, asbestos or liquids.

Payment

We do a walk-through with you when the job is done, then you pay. We take Zelle or Venmo.
